The technician was pleasant and explained the cleaning process to me before the upholostry cleaning. Also showed me how rugs were cleaned, which was helpful for future rug cleanings.
I had my sofa cleaned and a micro suede sofa and chair cleaned. The stains on the micro suede did not really come off with the dry cleaning method. I asked him to use water (knowing I was risking discoloration) and ALL the stains came out. I let the microsuede cushions dry for 24 hours and they look great. No discoloration. Matches the rest of the sofa. Very happy.
