My 30 year old carpets had a few stains from pets and traffic pattern grime from my teenager and friends. The Zerorez team arrived at my home with a very positive attitude. They assured me that they could make the carpet look much better. They were very efficient in the process, taking precautions to not damage walls and woodwork. They were all smiles during the cleaning, and I was all smiles afterwards. My carpet looks and smells great.. A friend of mine had reccomended Zerorez and I will pass the word on to other friends.
