Mike P was terrific. He arrived on time, was professional and very respectful of my home. He worked very fast, and was thorough, making sure the areas were covered and cleaned to his high standard.. My rooms and hall look great, and smell wonderful. Mike also had a really good balance of offering me additional services, and being very nice about what I decided to add on...and what I preferred to pass on. I have often felt pressured in the past by other carpet cleaning companies...but he was great with his explanations, presentations, and his acceptance of my decisions. THAT was so refreshing!

Cleaning leaves no residue.

The technician was on time (actually early), polite, and respectful of my home.
However, I wish he had brought more corner protectors as some damaged to a staircase occurred.
