It was easy to book my service. On the day of my appointment, there must have been a mix-up in the office because I didn't get a call letting me know the tech was on his way. The tech called about 12:15, about 45 minutes before my 1pm-4pm appointment window telling me he was at my front door. I was about 15-20 minutes from my house at the time. After he made a quick call to the office, he called me right back and said he would wait for me. Even though there was a glitch somewhere, your employee made it work. The tech did a very thorough and professional job. I was also happy that he left me a bottle fo Zerorez spray, something the tech didn't leave with me last year. All in all, a 10!!
