I like the fact that you don't use any harsh chemicals but rely, instead, on the chemical properties of alkaline water when heated. Our technician (JayVon sp?) was very nice and did a wonderful job.

On time before time... the guy was very informative. Didn't take him long at all. If I had a concern for any improvement would be, to come up with a way to dry the carpets quicker... (for those of us with kids coming in an out) but next time I'll be better prepared.. I've already told friends and neighbors.
