The service was great and the gentleman you sent did a great job. HOWEVER you should ask clients if they want fragrances sprayed. I do not, as I am highly allergic and did not realize until he left that he used highly fragrant materials, which are still in the carpet.

Frankly I was surprised as I did not think cleaning without detergent would work as well as it did. Unbelievable, totally clean and no odor. Some stains had been in the carpet for some time. Gone!Can't tell where they were.

Travis was excellent in scheduling and follow up. The carpet looks great!! We had some very old tile that would not come clean and the representative told us they would not charge for that since the results were not good. I had my doubts about the tile coming clean.
