The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. I noticed when other companies cleaned my carpet it looks like they pushed all of the dirty water towards the baseboards so the perimeter of the carpet was black or dirty. Not with Zerorez, my entire carpet is clean. It has been 3 days and my carpet it still clean.
