I liked the tech who serviced my residence , he was respectful and very business minded. However I am not sure if Zerorez is capable of removing groundin stains as my tech had trouble with some stains that came out partially. I do appreciate the fact that you responded when I requested for another look at the carpet.

My service was awesome!!! Every part of the experience was wonderful. The person I talked to while scheduling my appointment was very courteous and attentive to my needs. I felt like they were genuinely interested in making sure I got the right service. When the specialists came out, I was surprised at how respectful and polite they were. They were very thorough with my cleaning and my air ducts are soooooo much cleaner now. I could feel a difference in the air quality in my home almost immediately. I wish every experience I had would go like this. Zerorez of Atlanta has definitely raised the bar for me with their customer service.
