We have used this company several times over the last several years and have never been disappointed. We like the fact they use a procedure that does not use high residue soaps or chemicals. They show up on time and call ahead to let you know they are on the way. Our carpet looks like new when they are finished. There are no hidden charges, they tell you over the phone how much additional services will be if needed or desired. Shawn was our technician and he was super friendly, personable and professional. We have no reason to consider using another company to clean our carpets!
