Technician presentation, knowledge and expertise was outstanding.
The rugs turn out super clean, dry quickly, and of course there is nor residue. Also Eric, the guy who made my rugs look like new, was great! Professional, hard working, and polite and friendly.
It works! While my carpet (cream-colored berber) is irredeemably stained due to dogs, children, and dirty feet, Zerorez gets it cleaned and looking much better. I hate the stains but am satisfied knowing my carpets are actually clean and fresh. And I LOVE that you leave the spray bottle of "empowered water" to help clean between Zerorez visits - I wish I had remembered to get a refill!
The service tech, Javaris, who has been the service tech for these last two visits, is really top-notch. He does a great job and is really diligent in trying to get the carpets uniformly clean. He can't make them like new, but he certainly tries!
