Client Testimonials

Quick response. Service preformed as anticipated.
Technician friendly & competent.

Reliable and job well done.

Doesn't take too much time. Just like how it makes my house smell and look.

They got all the spots out and did an excellent job. I had another carpet cleaning company clean the same areas last year and it still looked dirty. Zeroez left the carpet looking new and smelling so fresh! Thank you :-)

The technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. Upon his arrival, i asked about the grout cleaning service. He tested an area and realized that the results I desired could not be obtained. I was most appreciative as most folks would have completed the work just so they could charge me.

The friendly service. The quality of the product and results. Mike my tech was extremely nice and did a fantastic job.

I love that it is pet friendly. The technician was very nice and thorough in cleaning the carpet. I've used Zerorez before and am much happier with them this time!

Works very well, no chemicals.

This is my second time using Zerorez for our carpets which are now 10 years old. Still having teenagers in the home, we decided to hang on to them a bit longer and since 3 years ago we used Zerorez with fabulous results, we decided to go with Zerorez again. Once again...SO SHOCKED they were able to get some darker stains & spots out in high traffic areas! They were fast yet thorough and we are completely satisfied AGAIN! The carpet cleaners Michael G. & Tohmas B. were knowledgeable & efficient. Great guys!

Cleaning service is straight and to the point. No hidden fees and an excellent cleaning solution.

Carpets that dry faster and no dirty residue. However, my carpet was too wet, therefore taking more time to dry.

Great results and quick drying

You did a fabulous job. thank you

It cleans so well and there is no residue or smell

prompt, the service providers are GREAT!

No chemical smell

They picked up and dropped off my rug efficiently and I was actually stunned how great my rug looked. It has been in an antique store for a year and was extremely dirty. It looks brand new.. Fabulous

I was very pleased with the person who cleaned my rugs. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable. Went above and beyond. I have been raving about the service since Saturday when the rugs were cleaned.

Nelson and Matt were wonderful. They were able to come early, called prior and confirmed, and
then did a spectacular job! Would definitely use Zerorez again!

Fast and friendly team. Explained everything they were doing and the costs associated with it so I knew exactly what I was getting and how much I was paying for it upfront. No surprises!

No chemicals

very Thorough

The service provider is very professional

We had a great first experience with Zerorez. Our service was performed by Paul who was punctual at a 8am appointment on a Saturday morning. We were impressed with his timeliness since we wanted our carpets to dry by evening. He was very professional and explained the product being used on our carpets. Most importantly, he made us very comfortable to be in our home cleaning our carpets in a personal and professional manner. He took pride in the work he performed in our house and it was obvious he enjoyed what he did everyday with his exceptional customer service. I appreciated Paul taking the time to listen to our concerns and addressing those needs. Our carpets in our home look so bright and clean and we cannot find any of the stains we used to see day in and day out. We are so happy to have chosen Zerorez to clean our carpets and Paul to perform our service.

I like the fact that you only use water to clean and do not leave a residue to continue gathering dirt
