Unfortunately they didn't arrive until almost 4:00 because of traffic, but the guys did a great, professional job and stayed until they finished the work. They were nice, considerate and thorough.
Kyle Johnson did a great job! The carpet looks wonderful and so much better than I ever expected. He explained everything fully. It was much faster than I expected too. I would recommend Zerorez and Kyle to anyone. I do so appreciate your working my job in at the last minute too. I really wanted to get these 3 rooms cleaned and they are super clean now!!

The service was very professional but friendly at the same time. Jarvis Hughes was knowledgeable about the cleaning needed. He also made appropriate suggestions and believe me he had a challenge in cleaning our long overdue carpets. Jarvis made sure that I was satisfied with the carpets before he left. They were clean !!!!
One suggestion to the office personal would be think about making online payment after the service was completed. There was some sort of a problem in completing payment, not with the card but some other delay. Your service is still a 10 !!!!
