William, my service technician, walked the entire home before starting the process, he asked specific questions about my expectations and explained the process and what I could expect upon completion of his cleaning. Just the fact that I now have nice, clean carpet!
Technician arrived early but called first, very courteous and did a terrific job. We have light carpet but she worked the soil out of the carpet so it looks almost brand new. Not sure how this water thing works but it certainly got the job done. I have used zeroes ever since they started in Atlanta. I had Stanley Steamer come out before but after they arrived 2 hours late and left our carpet so wet it took 3 days to dry, I dropped them and will never have them come back.
Fast service, competent tech, fresh approach to cleaning the carpets.
