From the quick turn around to the professionalism of the service it was great. The only part it was off was actual arrival time (over 1 hour past the scheduled window) but overall it was worth the wait.

My carpet feels Great! Its smells really fresh too. I can tell that there was no detergents or chemicals use to clean the carpet because of softness in the carpet and there has been no new dirt accumulating at a rapid pace. The customer service was excellent Jarvis and Miles were very professional and knowledgeable. Zerorez team put me at ease through the whole process. They were thoroughly and communicated very well. The entire approach from scheduling through finish was on point and professional. The notification were useful and the call before arrival was very nice considering others I have used in the past. I did not have to wait all day for their arrival. The young man who did our work, Brandon, was professional in appearance and approach. He took the time to explain the process advantages, benefits and reasons for regular cleaning.
