Technician was great. Not too happy to see the 129 invoice which was supposed to be 119 according to the email promo you sent me. Also was surprised to see a $15 trip fee. Are you kidding me? How else are you going to get to my house than taking a known trip. Tricky pricing ad-ons don't build trust.
