Our 18 year old carpet had never been cleaned and had several stains on it. I wasn't sure if it would be possible to clean it. Paul did an excellent job and it looks almost new.

The technician was wonderful. Sorry I can't remember his name. He was efficient, got right to the job,friendly,and most importantly he was on time. I had the whole house cleaned and no chemical smell and dry fast. I was extremely pleased with the service and will use it again.

The serviceman, Keith, who came to do our rugs was very professional and very helpful answering questions and giving us information. Not pushy, just very informative about the additional services that you provide. We would definitely have him back again to clean our rugs.
