The two men who arrived were very professional. They took excellent care when cleaning the system ducts, and made sure everything was to our satisfaction before they left. The air is so much cleaner and asthma problems are not as bad.

The team who did the duct cleaning at my house was extremely helpful, listened to my questions and were very thorough in completing the service.

I used the tile cleaning service. Did an amazing job. I was surprised that the tech did not have a tool to read the square footage or a "square" to take the credit card. No big deal...you all are a big company and I was just surprised. ALSO, the only negative thing I have to say is that your tile tool would not get under the cabinet over -hang or into the corners, so there is a dark rim around the floor and darkness in the corners. The tech warned me about this up front. AGAIN, great job...but I was very surprised that this is an issue for your machines. Also, my home was accessible for the hose and truck, but you may want to warn people so they don't waste their time, if the driveway isn't close enough to the area to be cleaned. Great job by Grant. We may use you all to have our ducts cleaned in the future.

They just worked a miracle. I was amazed at the results! They were awful and my expectations low as to how they would turn out. I was happily shocked at how clean they were and the stains that were actually removed! Great job and I've had people notice the difference. Definitely would use them again and recommend.
