I like to the timeliness/cleanliness/and friendly technician very informative and I would recommend to all my friend/family ZEROREZ for life.

The technician, Nelson, arrived and carefully inspected the areas to be cleaned. He was somewhat concerned that several areas were very soiled and explained he may not be able to remove all of the pet stains. He inquired when he carpets had last been cleaned, and offered possible solutions to avoid future stains. He was very professional and courteous. He was friendly and represented the company well.

All of our technicians were knowledgeable, and professional. Everything that was done was explained, every question answered. We will use zerorez again.

Technicians were on time, friendly and efficient. They took their time but were effective. They made suggestions and offered discounts. Carpet looked great when they were done and there was no residue. In the past we have had to have other cleaners come back because there was an after smell that was sour. Not so with Zerorez.

You had a great guarantee and came back and got a couple of spots that came back.

I was hesitant about the effectiveness of the cleaning solution and wasn't sure what to expect after the cleaning. My technician, Cole was punctual, very knowledgeable about the product, very professional and thorough. Certain areas in my home were heavy traffic areas and Cole explained how the carpet fibers were worn and the cleaning would not restore the carpet as new, but he would concentrate on those areas during the cleaning. Cole explained how the carpet fibers are weaved together and my responsibility in maintaining the longevity of the carpet after the cleaning. Cole allayed my fears and I am very satisfied with the outcome.
