Your have cleaned our carpets in the past, and one time also did a great job on the sofa & love seat. Your tech was very good in explaining things and needs to my wife - and - as I came in late - he also made sure I was aware of a few things that he had gone over with my wife.
We had light covered carpet with a few really bad stains in addition to general use dirt. Your serviceman was very nice and professional. He seemed to take pride in doing a good job. Ink stains did not come out, but I got them out later with rubbing alcohol. My boss was pleased with the job.
Workmen were early and finished quickly. Results look good so far.
