Like most, we we're skeptical about the claims of the cleaning. Boy did they live up to their reputation! Our carpets hadn't been cleaned for 7-8 years, and when they were through the carpet looked like it had just been laid yesterday. They do point out that certain spots may not come all the way out due to their being grease or some other substance, but they certainly tried. We were so impressed I the the service we had our couch also cleaned, which also looked brand new once completed.
We were visited by Keith Henderson, who is one of the most polite, courteous and attentive technicians I have met. He epitomized customer service 110%!
Would we use Zerorez again? You bet, they will be the first - and only call - when it comes to carpet or upholstery cleaning.
