I was called when my Tech was in route as promised. The timeline was as stated when I set up my appointment. My Technician was very professional.The carpet looked to be very clean when he left.

There was no change to the cost quoted on the phone. The service man was here on the front end of the quoted time giving me time to do other things and he did a great job of cleaning the carpet. The carpets were cleaned quuckly and the process was explained in detail.

I like that when you finish the job it doesn't feel stiff and sticky, and that it dries fairly quick, It was easy to schedule a job and the technician was great.
