Excellent job! Best service by Chris- carpets have never been this clean after using other companies!

Great customer service

Nick did an awesome job. He was very informative and through The services were good , however I was a bit schocked at the price of cleaning the 12 steps . I have not had my rugs cleaned in awhile so that might be the going rate. Overall I am pleased especially because he was here on time. My receipt did not come.

We like your technician Jacob very much.

Your company has great follow-up. Not only did I receive a call a day prior to my appointment but also the morning of the appointment someone called to confirm. Also, the technician arrived ahead of schedule. It was quick and easy for me.

My technician Cole York was very pleasant and highly professional. I will use your company again.

All of the ZeroRez staff are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I'm impressed, and definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

When the duct cleaning crew came out, they found that my duct work was in bad shape and informed me rather than proceed with the cleaning and risk tearing it further. They didn't even charge me for the trip! I'm so grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

Chris was wonderful, explaining each step of the treatment as he went. Our carpets look wonderful and we've received many compliments from people that regularly visit our home
and knew how the carpets looked before Zerorez.

I only have one question. Are there other Zerorez franchises located in the Atlanta? My former neighbor (2984 Sutton Glen) had her carpets cleaned by Zerorez before selling her home.
She said that she was dissatisfied with her treatment. I also recall an odor in her home when after the treatment

The service was good, informative and the team was knowledgeable .

The service techs were very knowledgeable & friendly. they got some stains that I thought would never come out.
