This is the first time that I've had my carpets cleaned, and they don't smell the next day!!
Typically, when pet stains are cleaned, the next 2 days my house smells really bad.
I am sooooo happy! I know that my carpets are 100% clean and they look new! Zerorez is more expensive than other cleaning companies, but you get what you pay for! The technician was AWESOME to! Very professional and presented himself well. There's nothing I hate more than someone coming into my house smelling of cigarette smoke. The entire experience left my house refreshed! :-)

Product - While i had to have a 2nd attempt at cleaning due to the amount of dirt build up in my carpet, the technician was happy to come back and clean any areas that returned after the initial cleaning.
I was disappointed that the carpet did not come cleaner on the first, but 15 year old carpet can only be may to look "so much like new"
I know have GREAT Clean Carpet, that "almost" looks new, no Soap residue to attract new dirt. Let's see how long it takes to get dirty again.

The people and the processes are top notch!

The Technicians were amazingly polite and helpful. They called and said they were ahead of schedule and wanted to know if they could come earlier than my appointment time. I had already asked for same day service and I was happy that they were going to start earlier than my appointment time.

The technicians started work immediately and sanitized and cleaned the carpets in three rooms. It was nice of the Technicians to ask me if I wanted my sofa and love seat and arm-chair cleaned; I asked about the price and they said there was a special offer on Angie's List; the price was very good so I asked them to start right-away.

The whole job including the furniture took the technicians about an hour or possibly longer; they took their time to do everything right.

I am a very happy customer and I will definitely refer the Zerorez Company to my family and friends.

Don't leave a chemical residue

I like the fact that the cleaning solution you use that is not detergent based and is nontoxic. I also appreciate the fact that your technicians were on time, respectful, and did the job efficiently in a short period of time. In addition, they were willing to move furniture. I also like the fresh smell after they used the enzyme to kill odors caused by previous puppy accidents. I was a little disappointed, however, that the solution was not able to remove the red clay stain near the back door.
