As usual your service men were great in every way and so anxious to please. Jason had to double back to where he had been on the delivery before mine because he wasn't given my new address. He went to my previous address and made another twenty mile trip to deliver my rugs! I haven't unrolled my rugs yet but I'm sure they are the usual Zerorez beautifully clean!

The service team was on time, finished on time, did a very good job, told me realistically about the stains that would and would not come out of the carpet and offered me some suggestions for dealing with the remaining stains on my own.

Scheduled quickly, met the promise of calling to remind me the day before, and when the technician was on his way. The tech we courteous, and efficient, He spent a lot of time on some stains. He made sure he understood ahead of time what I wanted done, and when he finished, he asked me to go through and inspect to be sure he got it all done. Very professional and I would recommend him for sure. The carpets are old and really need to be replaced, but with the Zerores service I can wait a little longer! Thanks for the good service.

I have used ZEROREZ for years. I love that my home has NO pet odors from the chihuahuas. I have no recurring stains on my carpets. The associate they send out is honest friendly and professional. I like that no chemicals are used in my home. They are everything the commercial claims.
