It was very easy to schedule service online, and our carpet has not looked that good since they were brand new. They look and smell so fresh and clean! We were very impressed with the results.

First of all, Bev, in the office is a born sales lady & she is definitely on top of everything in your office. Your service was contracted to clean our church - carpet & pews - did an excellent job - thus, was familiar with the quality of your employees. Our tech, Caleb, did a wonderful job, sometimes "shooting" an area up to 3 times, to get the job done properly. He had warned me that since our carpet was 20 + years old that possibly this could be a factor & could cause the results to be less than perfect. However, Caleb & I were both pleasantly surprised! It looks awesomely perfect. We are completely satisfied & would definitely recommend your company to friends & family - the greatest advertisement that you could ever care to have. In closing, I believe that both Bev & Caleb are entitled to a raise for their excellent performance of their jobs. From the first time I called the lady I spoke to was very nice and friendly the price she quoted me was the price I paid no hidden fees the person that came out and cleaned the carpet was very very nice and polite and he got the Job done very quickly and the carpet looked fantastic I will definitely use this company again and I will definitely tell my friends or anybody who needs their carpet cleaned!!!! I absolutely love this company.

They always make our 34 year old carpet look and feel clean again. I hate the germs that grow in carpet, but until we an afford to put down wood floors throughout Zerorez is the BEST option for us!
