So, I would recommend that you keep the coupons I qualify on file and let me know about them when I call several months later. Chances are I would have forgotten about them, but you can simply remind me and apply them.

Method of cleaning

The man that came was very nice and explained what he was going to be doing to clean my carpet. Once he was finished with part of the rooms he showed me results,I was very pleased with the cleaning service.

Professional technicians.

This will be more than 4th time we have used ZEROREZ, We have no complaints, always on time from the time frame given to us when they should arrive. They always make sure to confirm the day and they call prio to coming the same day. We have been fortunate to always have had good service people...this time it was William! The carpet looks great, very professionally done.

We also had a a 8x6 office rug done, as we sent that out to do as well. They took it and delivered it back all in the time frame they promise.... And we are very pleased!!

The man who cleaned carpets was very polite, friendly, and professional. This is the third time I have had Zerorez clean carpets and I have been perfectly satisfied with the other two cleanings. But the man who cleaned this time did an especially good job on the carpets. They look great! And I really appreciate the care taken with setting up hoses and putting up the plastic guards at the corners where walls join, protecting the edges from getting dinged up. I will be happy to have Zerorez clean the carpets again in a year. Thanks for the good work.
