Cristian my technician did a great job on my carpet. He explained the process to me in detail and proceeded immediately to the task at hand. Cleaned 6 Rooms, one hallway and a set of stairs. Told me it would take 4 to 6 hours to dry completely and he was right on the money. The carpet looks great and is soft as the day it was installed. I will not use any other carpet cleaning service again. A bit more expensive than the other carpet cleaning services but, you get great service and quality for your money.

My technician, Christian, was wonderful! He explained everything before he even started and made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. I have very old carpets in my house and though im sure some of Zerorez extra services would have done more, they were a little out of my price range. Christian offered and explained all additional services they offer but was extremely respectful of my budget and didnt try to push anything extra on me that I didnt need. I will be recommending Zerorez to friends and family and will continue to use them myself.

The carpet cleaning was top notch --- my 30 year old white carpet which has been treaded on by 2 dogs looks like brand new. And the duct cleaning guys were totally honest with me and told me we didn't need the service ---- which leads to me believe in this company as a reliable, honest, upstanding part of our community. I would recommend them highly to anyone and will use them again!

The technician that was sent to my residence was polite and efficient. I was asked several times if I was pleased with the results and if any areas needed to be readdressed. It is a little more expensive than other companies but after using Zerorez on multiple occasions I have decided the service is worth it.
