The job the technician performed was excellent.
The initial quote by phone was totally incorrect. I contacted your company from your radio advertising on WSB for $109 for 4 bedrooms. I described the job accurately to the person who took the call. I told her there was a carpeted stairway to the bedrooms. I also informed her the rooms were completely empty, which they were. The carpet is only one year old and was freshly vacuumed the day before the cleaning. There were absolutely no stains or other imperfections.
I was shocked when the technician came up with an estimate of almost $300! We settled on $188 but I feel as though there was "bait and switch" or at least "low-ball the estimate on the phone and then get more on arrival."
This approach only leads to unnecessary tension between the customer and the technician. You need to provide as accurate an estimate as possible by phone. I knew the tech would perform a walk-through and price on arrival, but I didn't expect it to be so far off the quote by phone. That's what you need to improve upon.
And this matter of an extra charge for a hallway. What kind of nonsense is that. Virtually every home has a hallway connecting bedrooms.

The people who have come have just been super nice people. I think this one was Branden (but I could be mistaken). He was super nice, thorough and the results were SUPER!
AWESOME job!! CJ was Very professional and courteous. He went to work right away, worked his magic and left us with a beautiful clean carpet. We are very pleased. This is our first time using zerorez and by far it was the best experience ever. The best thing is that you don't smell that old dog smell that you usually have after having this done.
