The technician gave me feedback on how to care for the carpet appropriately; what products to use in case of new pet messes. He tried his best to spot clean the stains, which were tough to erase due to previous usage of ineffective products.

I had my carpets cleaned in November I preparation to sell our house. No furniture was moved and no offer was made to even pay additional for that service. My bill was around $400. Once I moved my furniture out of the house a few weeks later, I had to have it cleaned again for around $200 but that was not all my rugs. . I’ve seen recently an add for Stanley and they brag that they move furniture. As much as I like your cleaning process I would be tempted to switch companies to get the furniture moved. Not sure if I just didn’t get offered a furniture moving service or if one doesn’t exist but I will be a driving factor in my next carpet cleaning.
