We really like the results we received. Jonathan was courteous and kind. My only complaint is that when Jonathan arrived, he walked into my home immediately upon me opening the door even before he introduced himself. I offered my hand for a shake to introduce myself. He was already in my home before he introduced himself. It was a bit odd. I have never had a service person enter my home so boldly without first introducing himself and then be invited into our home. I have no concerns about his conduct otherwise. Our tech was very good. We had difficulties with our circuit breakers shutting off and he was patient until the problem was resolved. He was very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job.

The fragrant smell that lingers after the cleaning. Knowing that there are no harsh chemicals in the cleaning progress is also a plus.. Customer service is excellent. A different technician came out to add some finishing touches to what one technician didn't complete to my satisfaction.

Technician did a great job! He cleaned out the dryer vent quickly and efficiently, left the dryer back in the spot where I wanted it, put better clamps on the vent tubing than were on when he got there, was friendly and polite. Job well done! Thanks!!
