Customer Service.

Service was behind schedule and they apologized and compensated me for my time. The job was done quickly and well. Great price and very easy to schedule..

I love that you don't use harsh chemicals

Every aspect of my service from Zerorez was enjoyable from the ease of scheduling, pricing, amending my request and ultimately the cleaning on the scheduled date. My sales rep was helpful and understanding of my needs without needless upselling and the service technician was great! He confirmed all rooms and what was to be accomplished and proceeded to complete everything in a timely manner. I had just moved into a new home that had neglected their carpets for many years. The Zerorez treatment brought them back to life and immediately improved the atmosphere of the home. I'd recommend this service and look forward to using them again in the future.

Everyone I dealt with was great! I appreciated the email & phone appt confirmation. I was also pleased with the carpet stretching recommendation.

Your service Technician -Cole was terrific. Very Professional

My biggest complaint is the rescheduling that Zerorez does to it's customers. Within one week My appointment was changed twice very unacceptable!

The technician did an awesome job.

The professionalism of the service technicians.

Started out as a small repair job and ended up with 400sqft on new flooring, Excellent finished product with stain three coats of finish. Maybe the best and most surprising part was the cleanup crew that arrived to put the furniture back after dusting and vacuuming each piece.
