Great experience every time we work with Zerorez! We received amazing customer service from the minute we made the appointment by phone. Our technician was very respectful, professional, and on time--gave us a courtesy call and showed up exactly at the time he said he would. He went out of his way to make us happy by explaining the process, and taking his time to do a really good job at cleaning some pretty dirty carpets. Our expectations were exceeded.
