The appointment scheduling was personable and efficient. Verification of appointment and time was helpful along with the call letting us know the technician was in route. James was personable and professional, answering questions with experience and candor helping with our expectations. No damage was done with the equipment or the process which we appreciated. My only concern once the carpet had dried and we were able to access the cleaned areas was that the edges near the baseboards were still dingy looking appearing not to have been reached by the cleaning solution wand/head especially in the hall. I will know to ask about that for future cleaning.

I received quality answers to my questions before servicing and service call was prompt and technicians were able to answer more of my questions. I scheduled duct cleaning but it was determined I had no need for that.......how honest is that!!!!! On my first call to Zerorez I asked about blower and coil cleaning also and the techs did explain that process more fully and did perform that service for me.
My technician (cannot remember his name) was fantastic! He was very thorough about explaining the process and what would be best for my service. He loves Zerorez so that was a testament to the company! He even cleaned a dog ramp that I have for my dog and it covered with fabric. Thanks!!!
