Carpet dries quickly. Punctual (30-minutes early), service technician was polite, professional and efficient. This was the second time I used Zero Rez and I was pleased both time. I highly recommend their carpet cleaning service.

Our tech was absolutely amazing- he was so hilarious and kind ! Our 12 year old carpet had cat urine stains on it and he got the smells and stains out.
