Only complaint: We had scheduled to clean carpet AND operatorys laminate wood floors. Upon agreement with service provider, we decided that the laminate floors was best not to do (too much water on laminate surfaces)....and after the "guy" left, I realized that the price was not reduced because the laminate floors were not done.

Service professional was very courteous and professional. He brought trouble areas to our attention to check with us before treating and the final price was what was quoted!

The service is very good and the tech protects the wall corners from damage in the room being cleaned.

He was on time, professional and thorough. He made sure I was satisfied before he left.
