I was quite pleased with the work Brian did. I've been listening to Taylor on the Fish Radio Station talking about how Zerorez brought her white carpet back to looking brand new. I purchased a house and inherited a boatload of stains and didn't have the money to replace the rugs so I simply covered up the stains with area rugs. Brian came in and gave the rug an improved look. Some stains were too stubborn, but overall the carpet looks clean and new. The rug is in good shape and I will use them again!! He came explained my options. He came within the time indicated. He was polite, professional and considerate!!
