Coleman was the service agent and he was doing a great job. He explained everything that he was doing and how the "empowered water" worked. We are quite pleased with the results of his visit. He was prompt and speedy in his work. I was afraid we would be waiting all day for someone to arrive. Coleman earned my immediate respect when he put on shoe covers to make sure that he didn't get any other dirt in the carpet.

Coleman suggested the wood floor refinishing which my wife and I are going to consider.

All in all, we are quite pleased with the results of of the visit on Saturday.
