Michael was actually early which I like that. Extremely friendly and personable and got right to work once the got set up. His work ethic was excellent and being friendly at the same time. The product you sell is a pleasant change from traditional carpet cleaning especially the citrus smell of the cleaning rather than industrial laundromat which others have smelled like. Over all I cannot say one thing that was a surprise or did not go well in choosing your company. I will use you again and have recommended you to several people i know who were asking after the cleaning was done for my opinion. No complaints here.

I highly recommend Zerorez...having 5 dogs and 2 cats can take its toll on carpeting. Zerorez does an excellent job. I had used another company years ago, and within 2 weeks every stain re-appeared. We rented a home and gave a pet security deposit. When we moved out, we had Zerorez do the carpeting and we got our full security deposit back.

Recently had the ducts cleaned. The technicians were very professional, arrived and explained the entire process and were very careful while completing their activities. They took great care when working the ducts to insure that nothing was damaged or scratched. After the work was finished they to the time to explain what they had found, showed us the pictures of the ducts before and after, and also cautioned me concerning the cleaning and maintenance of the dryer vent which was bordering on the possibility of creating as serious problem. Thanks to them both, I'm sorry I forgot their names, but will highly recommend ZEROREZ in the future.
