1st time I used ZeroRez. Arrived on time. Polite. Professional and knowledgeable. Wore covers on his shoes. A great job. Carpets were cleaned well. Dried rather quickly. Also had a sofa and recliner cleaned and they look great too.
I have been using a competitor of yours for many years and have always been happy with them but thought I give you a try. Equally as good.
The competitor takes less time as they send 2 people so the time is shorter. Competitor uses the plastic sheets to go under furniture like Zero Rez but they also have what I think is a styrofoam block to use under some furniture items which works better in . some situations. Would be nice if you offered this too however it is not a deal breaker for me. Will likely use you again. Thanks for a great job.

The first person that came did a nice job, however the stain came back. The second person that came to do a re-do did a very good job and stain did not return Thank you
