Zero residue

My oriental rug looks like new! Zerorez cleaned my rug very well as promised. There were several stained areas which they successfully removed. I am very pleased with the outcome and will call upon their services again when needed.

It was done in a timely manner. I was scheduled quickly when I called and didn't expect that, since it was a few days before Easter. The gentleman was polite and did a good job.

Our carpets are old and was extremely dirty. The technician did what he could, however once the carpet dried it was very dark. He came back the next day with a heavy duty machine. It made the appearance a bit better. (We just need new carpet.) I would recommend Zerorez to associates because I like that you care about doing a good job.

The gentleman that came out to my home was exceptionally courteous and professional. Derek was a pleasure to talk to and have in my home. Not only did he do his job efficiently, he also took the time to get to know me and have conversation. I could tell I was his last stop based off the time of day but not once did he make me feel like he was in a hurry to leave. I am confident that if the other service techs are half as good as Derek, this company will go far.
