The equipment was first rate, not a cargo van with pieced together parts. The 2 technitions that arrived a few minutes ahead of the time planned, were great - the footies, to protect the floor, the tools to do the work, the knowledge they had was obvious and thorough.
The price was fair and the work was done without any delays. They explained what they would do and then did it.
Next time we get our ducts cleaned we will call Zerorez.

The service men were very informative and friendly. They kept me in the loop throughout the process.
My only downside was that I didn't receive a pre-arrival call as I was informed on the day before. My service guy informed me that the office personnel were real busy and didn't get to call me before arrival of the service attendants.
Also, I wish they included dryer vent cleaning in the process, like the previous vendor did.
