The tech showed up on time, a call was made 2 days before to confirm the appointment as well as 45 minutes prior to arrival. The tech was polite and informative. He was careful and thorough. Old stains came out and the carpet looks brand new. The cost was reasonable.

Charles was great. Very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. We have used Zerorez before at our previous home in Tyrone. The majority of the carpet cleaned this time, looks good. The high traffic areas did not come out as ‘fluffy’ as they did when they were new. The carpet was installed in October 2016.

When I called appt. was set up couple of days later and tech called thirty minutes before he arrived and was very prompt. Service tech explained everything he was going to do and went right to work. I was very pleased with the overall service.

The customer service was awesome!

The young man, Javarus who came to my home was very knowledgeable about the process and the carpets. He was thorough and kind. I also like how the carpet looks and feels. It was not full of moisture like so many other processes leave the carpet. I will use them again.

The two young men did a good job cleaning our vents as far as I can tell. The were nice, courteous and left things neat and clean.

My only complaint is that they were sent from way across town in Woodstock to my Lawrenceville location around 4 pm. My appointment window was between 3 & 5 pm. Matt called to say they would arrive by 5. Really? No Way in Atlanta traffic on a Friday afternoon! It was around 5:30 when they arrived. If I had only known they were coming that distance and would probably run late, I would have been happy to reschedule. That is poor management of their time, gas and my evening schedule. Not a good way to treat your employees. They should have been able to call me with an update.
