It was an easy service call. Technician came within time window. I got a call when they were on their way. Technician was super nice and friendly and helpful. He did his thing and then asked if I needed anything else while he was there. Didn't seem rushed, etc. All in all a great experience. Carpets looked good and smelled fresh and clean.
