The Technicians were very courteous and explained everything to me that I could understand. They showed me the before and after pictures of my ducts.
The associate that cleaned our carpet was very warm and friendly. He did a good job in general,however, we think he could have done a better job cleaning around the baseboards in all the rooms he cleaned. I wish he would have put more effort into some trouble areas we specifically pointed out. I feel he could have sprayed more spot treatment and ran the hose over these places better. We do not see $350 worth of cleaning.

I have a 5 year old puppy namwd Nikko, and Eric assisted my house with correcting some of the accidents that Nikko experienced in our home. I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR THIS EXPERIENCE!!!!
