Client Testimonials
Everything awesome service and clean carpet
service and product outcome
I am very pleased with the services provided by Zerorez. James Robinson, the technician, showed up during the time window that I was given when I made the appointment. I received a call 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, after giving him a tour of the carpet that needed to be cleaned, James asked the appropriate questions to ensure that he understood what I needed to be done and he quickly got to work. Two hours later, my carpet was cleaned to my total satisfaction and James was on his way. He took with him 4 area rugs that needed to be cleaned, which will be delivered to my home, once the cleaning has been completed. James explained all the charges to me so that I was well aware of what the cost would be once he was finished.
I am very happy with the results and I will definitely be calling Zerorez again.
Everything was okay but we had a spot to come back in the livingroom and yell came and treated it again but it came back again.

Cole did an amazing job cleaning our carpet. My 14 year old carpet looks New again. I’ll be upgrading to hardwood floors soon, but until then, I’ll enjoy our amazing looking carpet. My wife and children couldn’t believe how fresh it smelled. Well done Zerorez and thanks FISH (Atlanta FM 104.7) for mentioning it 100X before I finally followed up.
The service was fast and friendly. our only constructive feedback would be this: we would have done the stairs and tiled dining room too, but it cost too much. Thank you
