Great scheduling and a great tech that called when on his way and was thorough in his explanations and his work. He protected our house with show covers and corner guards. He listened and asked pertinent questions.
You did what you said you would. 1. You called before arrival. 2. Jonathan, the representative, came on time; he was helpful and cheerful, efficient and quick; and he left the carpets VERY clean. Plus he explained why a few places on this old carpet couldn't get any cleaner because of damage to the fibers.
