Knowing that the cleaned carpets are safe for children and pets, and being able to walk on them (in white socks or bare feet) immediately; also, the ease of scheduling our appointment and the timeliness of the technician's arrival.

The service tech was fantastic, he thoroughly explained everything, and worked quickly. He was also very honest and clear as to which stains would be removed and which old ones were simply too set-in to come up.

Tech, Brian Hunt was unbelievable. He was personable yet, professional. He was respectful and very proficient. He knew his job and he was efficient. There seemed to be no lost motion in his actions. He explained the process to me thoroughly. He wore the shoe covers and used the orange devices to protect my walls and doorways.

It's water and not a cleaning solution over all of the carpet. Stains are treated individually.
