Zeroez is always on time. My technician was polite and answered all my questions. He did a great job cleaning my carpets and reminded me about extra protectant that I apply on my carpets due to pets. My carpets always clean up great with their treatment.

The attention to detail- protect my home with plastic barriers around the walls so it doesn’t scrape the paint and wooden molding, clearly explain what you’ll be doing and have me check it before leaving.

We are purchasing a new home in the area. I called Zerorez based on all of the great reviews and was so glad I did. Everyone from the scheduling to the technicians were curteous and helpful. We had appointments to get our air ducts and carpets cleaned in the same day. Both appointments were easy to schedule, the technicians were early and they actually told me my air ducts had been recently cleaned ao I didn’t need to spend the money on the major cleaning that I had planned. I can't remember our technician's name but he was a nice young man that lived in Duluth, GA. He arrived on time, came in, evaluated our carpet, and went to work. He was very helpful in explaining what we could expect from his work. He took his time and was very polite. After he finished, our carpet looked great.
