The spots between the living room and the dining room are still there and the large spot in the corner of the living room by the window. I'm not sure what the spots are but they seem to be tough but I may be stuck with them. Part of the reason I was having the carpets cleaned but it's still the same.

Michael was great, he even move some heavy furniture so that he could get the carpet really clean. He used extra biological and Scotchgard. The carpet smells great and he was really great to work with.

Your technicians have been terrific each time, and the work is thorough and effective in cleaning and removing stains.

The only (unpleasant) surprise this time was in agreeing to the protection product for our rooms (4) serviced. My husband was with the technician and he requested the service but neglected to ask about the cost. We received our invoice that included the special offer of the protection for the whole house (($169?) when we had had just 4 rooms cleaned. So while we had booked the rug cleaning service for $120, it all ended up costing us $290. Big difference.

Definitely our own fault for not asking about the cost before agreeing to it, but very surprising to find how much it actually was ~ and a bit disappointing to think that we paid for “whole house coverage”, even if on special, when we had only 4 rooms cleaned.

Setting up the appt was easy. The technician was competent. The work was done in a timely manner. The carpet looks clean.

The Zerorez carpet cleaning system works beautifully with no soap residue. My Berber bedroom carpet had a definite dirt path that I was afraid would not come clean. Well, after my technician finished cleaning the carpet, it looks like new! I chose to have a protectant spray applied to keep it looking great. I also appreciate your appointment system...email reminders, texts and phone call 30 minutes prior to my technician’s arrival. Thank you for respecting my time. I also appreciate that my technician was courteous, professional and a great representative of your company. And, the price was right!

We are a remodeling business and used your services to remove a stain that customer claimed we did. You got out most of stain but your employee was very helpful explaining why is would not be 100% removed. If customer would have attempted to get it out when it happened it probably would have come out, but she left it set in and it was probably coffee or coke. The employee was very nice, we even tried to get another bigger stain out and was not successful, probably same thing happened there. He took his time and was very helpful. Will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs carpet cleaned.
