I was happy to see that most of the stains came out of the carpet BUT I noticed that feel of the carpet is different. Feels very stiff.

Once I vacuum I am hoping the stiffness in the carpet goes away.

Mr. Myles was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, concerned with the customers questions and needs with the carpet cleaning and the product. He displayed pride in the company he represented and the products he used. He made suggestions towards cleaning care. I appreciated his performance in my home and the description of the products being used and the free bottle of Zerorez, with instructions. You advertise $119 special for 3 rooms but then when you get there your service person starts adding on to the price for hallway, stair landing, closets, etc. How many bedrooms have you seen w/o a closet? Why didn't you point that out on the phone?
You should get all that clear upfront.
I will not use you again for carpet cleaning and do it myself as I have always done.

Matt and Adrian very courteous and professional and did a great job cleaning the ducts for both my systems and dryer vent. They cleaned up and did a fine job.

The young man that came out was late; However his attitude and respectful attitude made the visit very nice experience with your company. And my parents are happy.
