Very Speedy And Very Clean

Joshua was great. Arrived early and explained process well. Carpets are cleaned and very happy with my area rug that was taken away for cleaning. Overall very pleased and will use zerorez again

It was all good. Easy to schedule. Good communication with me when technician was completing an earlier job, then again when he was on his way. The man who cleaned our carpets was extremely knowledgeable and hard-working. He evaluated our situation and explained in detail both the problems and the process. He was determined to do a first rate jjob and worked well into the evening finishing up. I was impressed with his work ethic and commitment.

My carpet looks and feels like new again. I'm very pleased with the knowledgable man who came to our house to clean our carpet. He was very informed on the various problems that can occur with carpet over time with children, teenagers, and pets. He seemed to recognize what various stains were made of. The carpet feels so clean. The Zero Residue claim seems to be true. The carpet has none of the odd feeling that comes after cleaning carpet. Also it is soft. Thanks.
