1 hour after the associate left I had already recommended Zerorez to two of my friends. The associate was outstanding and really worked hard to make my carpets look wonderful. My carpets were quite a challenge as the last appointment on a Friday night but my cleaner took it in stride, recommended the stain remover and that really made a difference.
