The service tech arrived promptly within the scheduled time. Was clean and polite. He was kind to our 4 dogs and came in to see exactly what needed to be done. He explained about the adding the enzyme better than the person I spoke to on the phone. He was helpful in moving things that my husband and I could not move.He worked efficiently to get the job done and reworked areas that were badly stained from the dogs. My 20 year old carpet looks so much better. I never dreamp it would come that clean. All the spots and stains didn't come out but they have been there for years. I am thrilled to have a clean carpet again. Our tech didn't leave until we were satisfied.

Absolutely thrilled with our white carpet! I believe its the 4th time we have used Zerorez and each time have been very pleased with the results. It also seems to stay cleaner longer than any of the other cleaning services.

Brian showed up at the beginning of my appointment window. And was out by the end of the appointment window. He was fast and knowledgeable of the product and service. He was super friendly and communicated every step of the way. I was excited for NoRez to clean my carpets after using competitors in the past and being less than satisfied with the final results. NoRez definitely delivered and Brian was an awesome addition to the clean carpets. He was aware of my year old at all times and even joked a bit. Best customer service I’ve received in my home yet! Thanks NoRez! I will be calling again when I’m in need of a freshen up! And referring my friends and family! My house smells and looks amazing!!!

I wasn't on site but I talked to Chris (?). He was very helpful though I had some painters using some of the rooms he needed to access. We came up with a game plan and he executed it perfect.
