I did not have to wait for days for an appointment they were able to come out within 2 days of my call.
I was amazed at how long-term stains disappeared from my carpet! I had told the technician that any lessening of the stains would be better than nothing, and he said he'd try. Using the enzyme treatment, he completely removed stains including one from pine sap (Christmas decorations) that was a few years old. A friend was here with me, and we both stood, open-mouthed in surprise at the transformation of the carpet. Plus now I have clean carpets with no residual soap or fragrance. This was my last attempt to save the carpet before replacing it. Thank you, Zerorez!

Company was very informative and worked with me when I needed an emergency cleaning. Technician explained process and even discussed some issues with the carpet. I really liked that they didn't really use chemicals (except for enzyme treatment for my dog) and it smelled wonderful afterwards. Carpet felt so much softer after cleaning. Since we have a toddler and three dogs, I loved that this company does not use any harsh chemicals to clean the carpet. Our technician was so quick but thorough while cleaning our carpets. He explained the details of each service and even moved smaller pieces of furniture without us even asking! We are very pleased with Zerorez and will definitely be using them again in the future!
